ISLAMABAD - In year 2011-12, Pakistanis used 149.278 million condoms, 6.223 million cycles of oral pills, 1.315 million insertions of internal uterine devices (IUDs) and 2.705 million vials of injectables, revealed a report released by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).The PBS report showed an unprecedented rise in the use of condoms as a contraceptive tool during the year 2011-12 as compared to last year.The Federally Administrated Tribal Areas (FATA) witnessed a 60 percent increase in the use of condoms while the federal capital stood second with a rise of 27.9 percent.In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the ratio of using condoms as a contraceptive tool remained 24.5 percent while Sindh showed a rise of 20.7 percent. In Punjab, rise in the use condoms was recorded at 18.7 percent.However, according to the report made available to Pakistan Today, a contradictory trend was witnessed in Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir where the use of condoms as a contraceptive tool saw a decline in the year 2011-12.Balochistan recorded a decrease of 11.8 percent in the trend of using condoms as a contraceptive tool whereas the popularity graph of condoms fell down in Gilgit-Baltistan where a decrease of 5.4 percent was recorded.In Azad jammu and Kashmir, there was a decrease of 1.3 percent in the use of condoms.For oral pills, the report showed that FATA remained at the top with an increase of 46.2 percent in their use followed by Gilgit-Baltistan with a rise of 20.8 percent and the third place was occupied by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with 12.0 percent.In federal capital, the use of oral pills as a means of contraception showed a rise by 4.5 percent, Punjab 3.2 percent and Sindh showed a rise of 2.1 percent.Again in the case of Balochistan, the use of oral pills was discouraged by locals. The report showed that the use of oral contraceptive pills had decreased by 21.3 percent.The province/sector-wise comparison of contraceptive performance during the financial year 2011 -12 in terms of Couple Year of Protection (CYP) – an international indicator for data collection – has been made with the previous year 2010-11 which showed that at the national level, an increase of 0.7 percent had been observed for all programme and non-programme outlets during 2011-12 as compared with 2010 -11.As far as the district Islamabad and FATA are concerned, the contraceptive performance for the financial year 2011-12 compared with 2010-11 depicted an increase of 19.5 percent and 37.4 percent respectively, whereas a decrease of 2.9 percent and 12.0 percent had been recorded in AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Its not long ago when I predicted the change sensing there was not something right. Google has undoubtedly involved themselves into dodgy business of adsense. It is here from where I start realising a company or a brand of that name and size can stupidly destroy their reputation and image. It is a very clear message from myself to anyone from google who comes across reading this blog. Its just a tip of an iceberg and the things will go down the hill dramatically if the adsense fraud is not sorted out. It is google who promises people of services and break their agreements by conning people of their incentives. When it comes to individuals, there are hundreds and thousands of people who go through the same con and loose the money. But when these individuals add up 1+1+1.......and so on, the figure rises into thousands. Google must pay back the individuals the money they have conned from its users and the advertisers at the same time. I recently tried to put forward my point in response my blogs, my accounts, and every effort that I had made was put into ruins and cancelled. However this time I am well prepared, and I use other search engines like YAHOO alongside and I discovered benefits of doing that. Having said this, It is my very strong advice to all those who use the google search engine only, DO NOT RELY TOTALLY on this as you are missing a great deal of knowledge and very informative searches on other services. This portion of my blog is dedicated to a young and brave girl. A very special angel whos age is just 14yrs. And yet at this young age, her achievements are much greater then a few cockroaches who do still exist somewhere in our world even in this 21st century. Just imagine how down to the earth this thought of any human can be, To arm yourselves with klashnikovs and stop a bus on the way to school full of young lovely girls who just want to go to school for studies !! The armed men open fire on these young students solely for one and only one reason. They just wanted to go to school for studies. Yes this is a story of MALALA YOUSAFZAI. The gunmen opened fire inside the school bus and fled the scene assuming Malala was dead. This is how ridiculously bad corners of this world are still in this age/era. We need clean up. A thorough clean up. There are no borders or divisions that should restrict any human kind to operate against such a vicious and dreadful event taking place on the surface of this earth. LETS ALL PRAY FOR RECOVERY OF THE YOUNG GIRL

Like every where in the world, we also have some rules to follow. The basic concept of life here in United Kingdom stands upon the pillars of LIVE, LEARN AND LOVE. In accomplishing your dreams, and achieving your goals the whole nation works as a family and will support you on each step of life when ever and where ever you will need. In your assistance to make the things work, and your thoughts shape up reality, we have constructed the system of large community. In this community where you will reside, you will have lots of friends and together you will be able to work as a team.
We all pray for you and wait anxiously till you get back to school. The good news is if you do not go to school no one will say anything to you, but your parents will be fined £2000 for not fulfilling there responsibilities. Thats going to be fun :) Sometimes when children don't come to school for a few days then the link workers, or social workers pay a surprize visit to their homes to see if someone's having a Taliban like parent. If so they just give a clip around the ear hole and everything gets fine on the track again.
There is no concept of guns and weapons on our streets.However unfortunately some yougsters to get involved in such activities, but our community works hard to pull them back to track again. we show our full tolerance to such people but to the extent where they do not exceed the limitations. These all beautiful and lovely things you will adopt automatically as you learn and complete your education. Its full of fun all the way.
We are so proud of having you amongst us, as you'v been such a brave girl. The tragic incident which has happened with you in such a young life is unforgettable.we are all deeply so sad, but we also assure you our professionals and brave men are already working to clean that mess up and will return once the job is well-done.
